Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may return your item within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our Customer Service team. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) with all original materials. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or gemstone, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
International Returns
